BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
Guests are encouraged to make an appointment in advance, although walk-ins are welcome. Peak hours are late afternoons, evenings and weekends, so please book as far in advance in order to ensure your first choice of appointment times. Appointments for groups and wedding parties must be secured with a credit card and should be booked four weeks in advance.

APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Those who arrive late will have that time subtracted from their treatment, but will be charged in full.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. Multiple services and packages require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Chronic, untimely cancellations and no-shows will be assessed a 50% charge for the missed service. Future appointments will require a major credit card for reservations.

CONSIDERATIONS
As a courtesy to other guests, we ask that you please turn your cell phone off or on silent mode while in the spa.

PERSONAL PROPERTY
We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to clothing or accessories. Please do not bring valuables with you.

AGE REQUIREMENT & CHILDREN
All spa treatments are restricted to guests 16 years and older. Young adults may enjoy all of our salon services. Please consider others by leaving small children at home so that you and others may enjoy a peaceful session.

We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

PRICES
All prices are subject to change without notice.

GRATUITY
Gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion and may be accepted in cash. An envelope will be provided at the front desk for your convenience.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates may be purchased in any denomination and may be used towards services and products.  They may be purchased in person or by telephone. All gift certificates expire two years from the date purchased. You will be charged the difference if the certificate value is less than the service amount. Gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and are not redeemable for cash.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase date in its original packaging with a receipt. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 14 days from the date of purchase.

PARKING
Metered parking is available so allow enough time to find a parking space.
